When my alarm went off this morning, I automatically turned it off. This is very unusual of me. I slept in, until 7 (I haven't done this for such a long time).
I am not running today. My body doesn't want to and I am not going to make it. I am going to do things around the house, hang out with some friends and relax. My body doesn't often tell me to relax (unless its injured, which its not), so I'm going to listen.
