Feta & Spinach Burgers

I made another good dinner last night. I made Feta & Spinach Burgers. It was pretty easy, too. If you wold like the recipe, email me (it's kind of long). Here's the topping for the burgers. It has some onions, cucumbers, feta, tomatoes, oil, and red wine vinegar.

I had my awesome, local grocery store make my tzatziki sauce (so much cheaper to have them make it).

Here are the patties.

And, the final product all put together. It was a nice, cool, refreshing burger. This recipe is definitely going in my "favorite".

Tapering is going well. I'm keeping myself super busy, so my mind has been elsewhere. It's weird sleeping in (until 6). I usually fall asleep by 9 and the race doesn't start until 7, so I have to get my body use to staying up until at least 11. I made until about 10:45 last night. Almost there! The most difficult part, for me, is hydrating. I hate forcing water down my throat when I don't want it. I already drink about 8-10 bottles of water a day. I just want to be well hydrated for the race (it's suppose to be 87).

How many bottles of water do you drink a day?

I'm a little confused hwy you are forcing yourself to stay up late? The more rest the better!

  2. That looks really, really good and perfect for summer!

I drink constantly...my pee is always clear, which I don't think is necessarily good!
