I have family in town, so my half marathon couldn't have came at a better time. My body needs rest (especially after the food poisoning incident), so that's what I'm doing before I dive right back into training. I've been hanging out a lot with these guys.
My brother and his family are in town until tomorrow, so I'm trying to hang out with them as much as possible. I don't feel like my body is ready to be put through the torture that it will be going through with this training cycle. So, rest it is. I don't mind, especially when its between two training cycles. I'm good with that! I'm taking the rest of the week off and will be back to it Monday before the crack of dawn.
