I ran an easy 4 miles, completed a drenched filled 10 minutes on the stairs and lifted legs weights. I had a blast. Now comes the really difficult part. I don't workout for 3 days prior to a 1/2. Very difficult to me.
As I'm typing this, I am eating such a good cereal. The best I've had in a while. It's called Peace Cereal (Walnut Spice). The flavors are so rich and vibrant.
The only bad thing (for me) is that 2/3 cup is 230 calories. That's a lot for me. I am a calorie counter. Usually my cereal is only 110 calories/cup. It's worth it, though! The taste is amazing. Peace cereal sent me the box of cereal and are not paying me for a review. These are my own options.

ReplyDeleteI HEART cereal. My faves are: frosted mini-wheats, honey bunches of oats, GoLean Crunch, multi-grain cheerios, and my all-time favorite, Oatmeal Squares. I could eat cereal for 3 meals a day. Mmmm...
