Tonight, I had a 10k (6.2 miles) on schedule. I have been so tired all day. My body didn't want to go to the gym and run (it's raining here). I forced myself to go and managed a kick ass 4 miles. My fastest time yet. Usually, I run 4 miles at 42 minutes. Today, I managed 39:51. I shaved 3 minutes off my time. What's that? Two PR's in one week!! Can that be true? Why, yes, Michele is the ass kicker this week! Here's my tired, happy face.
Thanks for all the advice on the shoes. I think I'm going to go to Fleet Feet and have the analyse my current shoes and see what I need to do from there (and probably get new shoes in a couple of weeks).
