I just figured something out, I workout 4 1/2 hours in a 24 hour period. Crazy stuff.
After dinner (which I haven't been posting because they haven't been great), I had dessert. This is the best thing in the world. If you like Reese's PB cups, you'll love these. They taste just like the candy. Heaven, especially on a hot day, like yesterday. We just ran out, I need more, stat.
I was bright eyed, but not bushy tailed this morning at 4:05 (I'm weird and can't set my alarm for a normal time). I drove to the gym and was set on my mission: 6 mile run and 30 minutes on the stairs (level 8). Mission complete and very successful! It's such a great way to start the day. Who needs sleep? I'm going to finish my smoothie (which I'll talk about tomorrow) and hop in the shower).
