The Best Thing Ever Invented

Last night, after work, I went back to the gym for workout #2 (of the day). I ran an easy 3 1/2 miles and completed my ripped class. That class is so great, it kicks my butt each time. It's pretty difficult, but I feel so great afterwards and it puts me in such a great mood. Really, any good workout puts me in a great mood.

I just figured something out, I workout 4 1/2 hours in a 24 hour period. Crazy stuff.

After dinner (which I haven't been posting because they haven't been great), I had dessert. This is the best thing in the world. If you like Reese's PB cups, you'll love these. They taste just like the candy. Heaven, especially on a hot day, like yesterday. We just ran out, I need more, stat.


I was bright eyed, but not bushy tailed this morning at 4:05 (I'm weird and can't set my alarm for a normal time). I drove to the gym and was set on my mission: 6 mile run and 30 minutes on the stairs (level 8). Mission complete and very successful! It's such a great way to start the day. Who needs sleep? I'm going to finish my smoothie (which I'll talk about tomorrow) and hop in the shower).

    I just had the best ice cream at an Afghani restaurant, of all places. It was vanilla with cardamon, figs, dates and mango. Amazing!

  3. I have to set my alarm clock for a random time as well!! Too funny! What's your ripped class like? I am looking into starting a new class at my gym but I'm trying to decide what to go to. I'm not a big fan of spin. I find that I suck at it so I don't want to do it!! That ice cream looks awesome! I personally love the teeny tiny Ben & Jerry's cups!

  9. I have a new obsession with dairy-free fro-yo topped with gummy bears!!! I do love the PB and chocolate combo though...I may have to try and find a similar vegan-friendly version!

  10. I love Edy's Slow Churned ice cream. It has a lot less fat than regular ice cream, but a lot of flavor. My favorite right now is mint chocolate chip! Something about the mint is really refreshing after a hot workout!
