Terrific Tuesday!

At the gym, I took it easy on my knee, once again. I'm really missing the stair master. I never thought I would. I changed some things up a little and started my routine backwards. I started with working my abs. I worked them for about 15 minutes. I wanted to see how fast I could do my ab routine. Next on the list was my 20 minutes on the elliptical and then 35 minutes on my arms. I'm really feeling like spaghetti right now. I lifted up my computer mouse, and couldn't believe how heavy it felt. By summer, I'll have awesome arms.

When I got home, I got things ready for tomorrow and made left over chicken wraps for dinner. We watched Walking Dead on AMC. What a great new series. I love zombies (as you can tell by my Halloween picture)!! That's what this entire series is all about. I don't think they run fast enough, though. I'm going to enter their contest to be casted on one episode as a zombie extra. I've always said that it would be so much fun to be a zombie (not just for Halloween).

Tonight's dessert will be a banana mixed in with just about a teaspoon of Nutella!

Here's are one of my favorites...PB cookies with mini chocolate chips (old school photo. No, I didn't just make these).

If you could act as an extra (any type), what wold it be?

  3. I was an extra in "Sid and Nancy", a movie about Sid Vicious from the Sex Pistols, hung out with Gary Oldman, that was cool!

  6. I like that spaghetti feeling, makes me feel like I'm working hard enough!

I am just giving up sweets - candy/chocolate/dessert. Fruit is totally ok, it's the unhealthy sugars that I've overindulged in for far too long. I'm also allowing gum/mints since sometimes after lunch you need a freshener&kick of sweetness. I have a bad m&m/chocolate problem so that's mainly the cause here. I'm not good at moderation, but somehow I am pretty good at cold-turkey. I quit soda back in 2003 and haven't looked back since.
